Position Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Contract Review Clerk to

join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years

of experience in contract review and management within a tech company

setting. This role involves reviewing, analyzing, and managing contracts to

ensure compliance and minimize risk for our North American-based client.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Review and Analysis:

• Review and analyze contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.

• Identify and highlight potential risks, ambiguities, and discrepancies in contracts.

• Provide recommendations for contract modifications and improvements.

· Contract Management:

• Maintain an organized system for tracking contract status, deadlines, and obligations.

• Ensure timely execution and renewal of contracts.

• Coordinate with legal, procurement, and other relevant departments to resolve contract-related issues.

· Compliance and Risk Mitigation:

• Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contract terms and conditions.

• Assist in developing and implementing contract management policies and procedures.

· Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contract activities and communications.

• Prepare reports on contract status, issues, and performance metrics.

• Provide support for audits and other compliance-related activities.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in contract review and management, preferably in a tech company.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Excellent understanding of contract law and best practices.

• Proficiency in contract management software and tools.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience working with international contracts, particularly with vendors in Asia or Africa, is a plus.
