Job Summary:
As a Data Scientist, you will analyze complex datasets to identify trends, develop predictive models, and provide actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making during consulting engagements. Your work will be crucial in enabling our clients to achieve their goals through data-driven transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Model Development: Develop, test, and deploy predictive models to solve complex business problems in areas like customer segmentation, process optimization, and risk management.
Collaboration: Work closely with consultants and business analysts to understand client needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Reporting and Visualization: Create clear, compelling visualizations and reports that communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in data science, with expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, and familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
